System Requirements

IOX should run under any Win32 operating system, although all testing is done under Window XP.

IOX should run under any X86 Linux distribution using a 2.4.x or 2.6.x kernel.  Testing is done on a Debian 3.1 system with a 2.6 kernel.

Some plugins are Windows or Linux specific due to differences in OS implementations and capabilities.

IOX does not require much processing power a P3 1Ghz or better should be sufficient unless the event load is extremely high.

IOX should run fine with as little as 256MB of memory depending on what else is running in the system, but 512MB is recommended.
