The Rules Pane displays the currently loaded rule tree. Selecting an item in the rule tree changes the Rule Details pane to display information about the selected item.
You can perform various operations on the rule tree by right clicking an item and selecting an option from the context menu.
You can move items within the rule tree by dragging. If you shift+drag an item it will be copied to the new location rather than being moved.
